Here's the granola recipe I use. I use the granola for baking, add it to cereal, yogurt, eat it plain. It's yummy! As always, I double it.
3 c uncooked reg. oatmeal (or quick oats)
1 c. wheat germ
1/4-1/2 c flax seed
2-3 tsp.cinnamon
1/3 c honey
1/3 c oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in baking dish. Combine honey, oil, & vanilla, heat (stove or microwave). Drizzle over dry ingredients & stir. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees.
