Hi! I’m Tiffany. I’m prone to using a lot of words to make things sound lovely. Because of that I have written and re-written this about a dozen times just trying to be concise. You just want to know what you are getting into, right?

Here’s what you’ll find in my little space: writings/musings/stories on my life. I have a big(ish) family; five kids and my wonderful husband. Topics include: homeschool, travel, adoption, child loss/grief, marriage and living a Christ-centered life.

We strive to live simply and love well. Thanks for joining me on this journey. I’m so glad you’re here.

Five on Friday- Sweet Tooth

It's fun Five on Friday again! :) Here are 5 things about me that you may or may not know...

1. Everytime I am offered somethiug sweet, I actually weigh it out in my head like this: Is it worth it? Can I do without? Is there a chance something better will come along and I won't be able to eat it because I took the first sweet thing to come around?

2. I have a very unhealthy addiction to ice cream.

3. I once went a record 3 days without eating ice cream.

4. I get nauseous in the night if I don't eat ice cream before bed.

5. I would rather not eat ice cream than eat plain vanilla. Really, if it's not chocolate, it's not worth it to me. (see #1)

Even though it may look like I'm a crazy addict, I'm actually pretty picky and will pass up many sweets just because I don't like them enough. How about you? What are your sweet tooth addictions? :)
