Welcome

Hi! I’m Tiffany. I’m prone to using a lot of words to make things sound lovely. Because of that I have written and re-written this about a dozen times just trying to be concise. You just want to know what you are getting into, right?

Here’s what you’ll find in my little space: writings/musings/stories on my life. I have a big(ish) family; five kids and my wonderful husband. Topics include: homeschool, travel, adoption, child loss/grief, marriage and living a Christ-centered life.

We strive to live simply and love well. Thanks for joining me on this journey. I’m so glad you’re here.

Reeces Rainbow //Waiting Children

"In a culture that has no problem *ending life* without the blink of an eye, these children face insane asylums and/or the sex trade if not adopted. Share, give, adopt!"

This is the sad reality for so many children who age out of the system at 14 years old. Fourteen, when they should be in school, living with a family, but they were cast aside into an orphanage, typically at birth. They don't know what a family is like, but they dream of one. And they only have 14 years to wait for their family to find them. And then....my heart breaks for the "and then". No one can do it all, save everyone or even adopt one. But we can pray, we can give and some can adopt. These children are on my heart today. Do you know someone toying with the idea of adoption? Are you? Will you pray for these children today?

My comfort is our Savior loves them more than I ever could. My comfort is the closeness and peace I feel from Him when I am hurting the most.

You can see the sweet faces here.
