We are getting closer. Really, really, I promise! :) I know it seems like we've been fundraising FOREVER. And some days it feels like that, but I can almost see light at the end of this dark and dreary, no fun, fundraising tunnel.
Last Monday we hit the $5000 mark. WOOHOO! We were so extremely excited about how the Lord has blessed and confirmed this decision.
As of Saturday evening we had what we need to turn in our paperwork. As of last night, we are paper ready.
God's timing is perfect. Amazing. Incredible.
Many of you have asked how much we need. We are hoping to get grant money, but as of right now, we will have $16,000 due when we accept a referral. We do not know when this will be, it could be 1 month or 10 months, but we want to be ready!
Here are some ways you can help us bring our Congolese child safely home.
--Pray. Pray for direction, safety, peace and provision. Thank God for his blessing this far.
